I bought into one of Dr Oz's vitamins and was billed for additional merchandise I did not ask for. I called the distribution company and was given a refund.

Then, right at 45 days later more charges were taken from my banking account. When I called the distribution center again I was called a liar and a robotted response was given and I was hung up on. I called 8 times that day to try to get the refund I was due. I went to my bank, they heard me on one of those calls in which I was told that I was issued a refund..was not on a reorder billing cycle and so the bank filed a "fraud" claim against the fulfillment center.

The fulfillment center has declined my refund. Don't fall into any of Dr.

Oz's promoted products because the companies that fulfill these products put you into a vicious billing cycle that unless you change banks you can't get out of them. I will be reaching out to my local NEWS Consumer Watchdogs...beware of your affiliation with these companies.
